Thinking about the Edtech - Think Tank - Research Relation

Written earlier about overall Edtech mission -

Contradiction mediation on behalf of UN 2030 SDG 13 (climate action) and SDG 17 (partnerships for the goals). By highlighting practical examples of what has been learned, in both x and Nordic ecosystems, facilitating the more efficient financing of solutions towards systemic change and greening of the economy. The scope of the transition needed:

"Industrialised consumption focused economies have been built around carbon. Carbon is pervasive. As such, a “decarbonised” economy implies a society with a quite different basis. When the IPCC and UNEP call for action mobilised at equivalent scale to war planning it is this level of challenge that they have in mind. In J.Morgan & H.Patomäki (2021, p. 2-3)

What common ground can a cultural mediator build upon?

Paradox management as a “common denominator approach”, for both the East and the West
in the international relations issue of multilevel global innovation cooperation

See the global whole.
Embrace difference. (Ulrich Beck: there is no "other" in risk society)
Manage the synergy, balance contradiction and interdependence.
…Sun Tzu meets Picasso.

Paradox management as a shortcut through
The theoretical swamp of Eastern and Western dialectics?
Yes.

Thesis seminar advice (fellow student): write in a way that a child would understand

Solution: Write in Haiku mode — Cultural Mediator Lederach's technique.
combining simplicity and complexity, seeking for the heart of the matter.

Heart of matter: Sun Tzu strategy is context-based, relational, and connected to guanxi thinking. Guanxi thinking in IR - super interesting! Connects with my theoretical framework, in which guanxi, in a sense, is the glue that builds cohesion in this political economy setting (public-private networks vs institutional complementaries)

But how to fit everything in one academic final work?
My way forward: Write -Think tank-Podcast
New flowers emerge in the think tank sphere
