By highlighting practical examples of what has been learned, in both x and Nordic ecosystems, facilitating the more efficient financing of solutions towards systemic change and greening of the economy. The scope of the transition needed:

Heart of matter: Sun Tzu strategy is context-based, relational, and connected to guanxi thinking. Guanxi thinking in IR - super interesting! Connects with my theoretical framework, in which guanxi, in a sense, is the glue that builds cohesion in this political economy setting (public-private networks vs institutional complementaries)
